Founded in Romania, in 2014, Executive Club is a platform for exceptional Leaders to level up their professional and personal growth, through recurrent meetings with meaningful networking, learning from exceptional Leaders, and getting inspiration on business development.

I had the privilege to be invited to be a member of different groups/ clubs in my career, but what CEO Clubs is doing is unique in our country. It is creating a genuine culture of belonging and inclusion and creates an environment where we all feel safe to share from our personal experience and be authentic. I am personally arranging my schedule around the majority of CEO Clubs events as I am learning more from the participants experience sharing than I’ve learned from many years of school.My story with the Executive Club Community started back in 2018 after completing my MBA, when one day I was telling my colleagues how much I miss them and our activities within the MBA programme. „You should be part of a club or something”, they replied and recommended me to Executive Club. Since then, I am an active Member of the Club and enjoy every minute, moment and event out of it, or at least I try.

Here, at Executive Club we put a strong emphasis on business community and on learning; we learn from each other and also from the various speakers invited to the events we attend within the community. Fun and learning should be the simple motto of the Club, or at least this is for me.

The Executive Club is now one of my favourite places to be.
I found here the right attitude that I was looking for, the people that I wished to be surrounded and identified with. Outstanding in every aspect, full of inspiration and perfect life approach for each one of us.

Two years ago, I joined the Club, and I had no idea what great experiences to explore. Not only a simple networking community but a group of friends to grow professionally and personally side by side.
Just returned to Bucharest after travelling from country to country, experiencing and handling different teams from different cultures but happily sharing the great hospitality spirit inspired by Vienna House hotels. After 5 years abroad, it was exactly what I was looking for, here, in my country. What a great opportunity to make new friends that support each other, especially during crisis moments.

Later, the Executive Club gave us the chance to create a Mastermind group. More of a support group, really what we needed during the past challenging years. Every week someone shared his challenges, and the other members came up with clear ideas and solutions. Even if we were coming from different industries each advice was more than helpful and inspiring to find the best solution for us and our companies. These are the guys that you need to have next to you in order to grow, and we all at the Executive Club grow together.
